LHIG's Vice President, JJ Rettura, has been known for his strength in building good relationships with his clients. A strong people person, JJ is always doing what he can to help others. Yesterday afternoon, JJ had heard that one of his clients was in a sticky situation. She had a flat tire and wasn't able to change it herself, and even though her policy provides her with roadside assistance, the service company wasn't able to get to her. JJ went above and beyond a normal insurance agent's duties to help his client. He put on his helping hat and drove a few miles down the road to assist with the flat tire. It is important to recognize that this is not the first time JJ has done this kind deed. A couple of years ago, he took time out of his busy schedule to help a client in the parking lot. And in his free time, JJ volunteers at charitable events and other local organizations. Sometimes he's unrecognizable as the Grinch! With so much on his plate, and so many people to attend to, JJ still prioritizes the safety and happiness of his clients. Laurel Highlands Insurance Group builds relationships one policy at a time.
